The total price of your quote includes on the one hand the artistic performance and on the other any additional costs such as travel expenses or, where applicable, accommodation and catering.

The price of the artistic performance corresponds precisely to a rate per musician multiplied by the number of musicians wanted. With us, each artist essentially depends on entertainment-industry freelancer status (intermittent du spectacle). Holding the necessary performance licence, all our artists are declared by us and can thus receive a real income with a payslip. This lets artists live decently and contribute to their pension. All serious companies charge more or less the same prices, and within this rate the artist receives less than half of the net amount. The band’s rate notably includes the rehearsal hours beforehand that guarantee the quality of the result and the professionalism of the performance.

The additional costs of the performance are also an important point that can have a strong impact on the total price of the performance. Travel costs are calculated precisely at actual mileage costs based on the number of vehicles needed to get to the performance venue.

The reception venue

If the musicians live far from your reception venue, the rate increases. We advise you to choose local artists. This way you save on travel costs. In addition, the venue may require extra sound equipment, especially if you have many guests.

The popularity of the musicians

So a cocktail-hour entertainment will last on average two hours to two and a half hours of music, for example. A concert will last on average one hour depending on the context and stage conditions. An acrobatic performance, for its part, will last a few tens of minutes to enhance a specific moment.
