Guilty Pleasures is the meeting of a passionate singer-guitarist and a guitarist from the jazz and gypsy jazz world, for a duo format as elegant as it is original.
Raised on 1990s pop rock and 1960s folk, the singer boldly and sensitively revisits the must-have hits of her teenage years. From Britney Spears to the Backstreet Boys, including Shania Twain, Janet Jackson and Tarkan, she turns these “guilty pleasures” into true acoustic standards, delivered with delicacy and sincerity.
At her side, a guitarist with a rich jazz background brings an extra dimension to the project. Influenced by jazz and gypsy jazz, he accompanies with finesse while allowing himself improvised flights, giving each song a unique, lively color. This musical dialogue between unashamed pop and jazz freedom creates an experience that is both surprising and refined.
